Small Business Consulting Corp. wins $19.3 million Air Force readiness deal

SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA — Small Business Consulting Corp.has won a maximum $19.3 million Air Force award to integrate an airman readiness platform.
The Shreveport, Louisiana, firm received a Small Business Innovation Research Phase III award for commercial engagement tied to the Airman Readiness Enterprise Solution platform integration (see war.gov). The contract provides comprehensive data engineering analytics and program management. Work will be performed at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas, and is expected to be completed by July 21, 2031.
The award was a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds of $933,718 and fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation funds of $378,500 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (FA8730-26-C-B004).
The Department of War disclosed the award among its daily contract announcements (see war.gov). The multiyear timeline positions the company to support Air Force personnel readiness systems into the next decade.
