SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA — Patriot Global Lodging LLC has won a $9 million Navy contract to house personnel supporting a submarine overhaul in San Diego.
The San Diego, California, company received a $9 million firm-fixed-price award for lodging services to support project personnel temporarily relocating to the San Diego area for the overhaul (see war.gov). Work will be performed in San Diego and is expected to be completed by August 2027. The contract was competitively procured through the Federal Business Opportunities website, drawing nine offers.
Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds of $8,786,131, or 97%, will be obligated at time of award. Fiscal 2027 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds of $260,365, or 3%, will be obligated at the time of delivery order, all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine, is the contracting activity (see war.gov).
This award marks the first contract recorded for Patriot Global Lodging LLC in the database, bringing the company’s total contract value for 2026 to $9 million and establishing its initial benchmark within the Navy portfolio.
It is also the first Department of Defense contract awarded in California during 2026. The award ranks as the smallest Navy contract awarded so far this year, with the year-to-date minimum recorded at $9,046,496, while the year-to-date maximum reached $255 million.
