CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA — Rockwell Collins Inc., the Cedar Rapids, Iowa, avionics maker, received an $82 million Navy contract to sustain the AN/ARC-210(V) airborne radio, the service’s workhorse communications system, as announced on war.gov.
