ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA — Systems Planning & Analysis Inc., an Alexandria, Virginia, defense analysis firm, won a $12.5 million contract modification to sharpen a Navy supply chain, with Australia footing the entire bill as announced on war.gov.
