WASHINGTON D.C. — Donald J. Trump posted two videos on Truth Social promoting the reconciliation legislation his administration calls the “One Big Beautiful Bill,” with multiple speakers describing the measure as fulfilling his campaign promises on taxes, immigration, energy, and national defense.

So we have the entire America First agenda wrapped into this one big beautiful bill. That’s why we call it that. It’s President Trump’s promises to the American people and it’s our promises, all of us said on the campaign trail. This is a pro-growth package. It lowers tax rates, less regulation. We’ll do exactly what we did in the first Trump administration, but this time on steroids. He’s organized, he’s efficient, and he’s rapidly, rapidly delivering on his campaign promises. But what did they think mandate meant? Did they think it meant vibes? Did they think it meant essays? The American people demanded nothing short of decisive immediate action. It’s amazing to me that you have a president, if he just does what he says he’s going to do, people are like shocked and surprised. Yes, it is promises made, promises kept. I will end inflation.
