And that’s what we’re faced with, and it’s one of the ironies of our time that the only person who saw it—it wasn’t Mitt Romney when he ran, it wasn’t against Obama, it wasn’t John McCain. He didn’t see what was happening. It wasn’t, you know, the Never Trumpers who saw what these people were up to. It was this developer from New York that everybody thought was too crass and uncouth and was not viable. But he had one truth that they didn’t see.
