Trump rejected reports that White House staff proposed renaming Ford’s Theatre in his honor, calling the claims a lie. The denials followed reports that aides floated renaming government landmarks to curry favor.
Renaming the historic landmark, where President Abraham Lincoln was assassinated, would require congressional approval. The Ford’s Theatre Lie is just another example of how the Fake News Media and the Dumocrats conspire together to make up false stories about “Trump.” Shouldn’t be allowed to happen.
