WASHINGTON D.C. — Trump administration reinstates sexual misconduct rule for schools. The U.S.

Department of Education has formally reinstated its 2020 Title IX regulations, officially rescinding Biden-era protections for LGBTQ+ students.

The rule narrows the definition of sexual harassment and mandates courtroom-like cross-examinations during campus misconduct hearings.
