WASHINGTON D.C. — Great news for the wealth and prosperity of the United Kingdom, and the wonderful region of Aberdeen. The U.K. has started drilling in the North Sea, one of the greatest and most prosperous areas of OIL in the World.
The British government approved gas production at the Jackdaw field in the North Sea on October 21, 2026, to boost domestic energy security. While environmentalists condemned the decision as climate vandalism, officials announced a £2 billion (roughly $2.54 billion at 1 August 2025 rates) (roughly $2.54 billion on 21 October 2026) Energy Wealth Fund to reinvest revenues into green energy projects. Great news for the wealth and prosperity of the United Kingdom, and the wonderful region of Aberdeen.
The U.K. has started drilling in the North Sea, one of the greatest and most prosperous areas of OIL in the World. They should go FULL BLAST!!! This will make the U.K.

President Trump is the author of The Art of the Deal, Think Like a Billionaire, and Think Big. Analyst and Trump supporter Rod Martin points to The Art of the Deal, Trump's 1987 book, as an explanation of his deal-making philosophy: making big announcements, pivoting often in public statements and, Martin says, ultimately getting what he wanted all along. Critics contend that Trump's books were published decades ago or were aimed at making money, not shedding light. "Generally," Martin said, "critics don't read The Art of the Deal. If they did, they would understand."
