On October 23, 2026, federal authorities charged former FBI officials Nikki Floris and Bradley Benavides with lying to Congress about their handling of the Hunter Biden laptop investigation. The charges, announced by the Justice Department, stem from allegations that they concealed key details during their 2023 congressional testimony.

A guy named Jonathan Swift actually. Oh, here we go again. Falsehood flies and the truth comes limping after it, and it has been updated. You’ve heard this before. It’s true. I just don’t know what it is about a lie, but it just takes off and the truth comes limping. So this is pretty huge news today. No one’s talking about it. A lot of people say, oh, that’s nothing. Doesn’t mean anything. Most people don’t even know about it. But the Hunter Biden laptop, all right, that you and I know was always real. If you’ve been watching this show and reading the New York Post, you knew it was real in October of 2020. They said it was fake. The FBI was running interference for the Biden family. They really were. They had that damn thing in their possession. They knew it was real and they lied. They lied about it. It’s incredible what happened and it didn’t make much of an impact in the 2020 election. It should have if people had heard about it, knew about it, knew the contents were real. Poll after poll indicates that that election would have gone the other way. Even more the other way because a lot of us still have our concerns about the accuracy and fairness of that election. The FBI, wow. So today the United States Attorney in Washington DC announced the arrest of two former FBI agents, senior FBI agents, and they have been charged with lying to Congress. One of them is this person, Nikki Flores, who at one point said she was running a shadow government. And Bradley Benavides, is that his name? They were very aware, according to documents and all the evidence we have seen, of the Biden laptop and they misled Congress. That’s the allegation. Then especially the first one, that woman. Now, we know this: according to the documents, she was trying to shut down any and all concern about the 2020 election and Chinese interference all the way into 2024. Yeah, it doesn’t look like they pushed out a revision yet for God’s sake. Yeah, keep going, please. This is a lot of internal communication. The director has the original in his book this AM. Fun never ends. Seriously, we’re pushing out a note today to all FOs, whatever they are, that all election-related IIRs must come through the FITF task force headquarters, right? I’m basically running a shadow government across the FBI at this point. If you look at those documents, it really does come across that some of these FBI people think they’re more important than our elected officials, that Donald J. Trump was a threat to democracy, did not deserve to be president. It just comes through, the arrogance. It’s also interesting the way they talk with their acronyms and abbreviations. It’s like a special language that only they understand. It confuses investigators. It certainly confuses members of Congress and the general public as to what’s really going on. But when it comes to the laptop, there is evidence that shows that these two individuals definitely knew about it, were involved with it, and potentially misled Congress. Now, I already know the FBI misled the American people, including Mark Zuckerberg. He’s an American person, the head of Facebook®. You may remember he went on the Joe Rogan Show and told them this is when he kind of woke up, Mark Zuckerberg. He was a lefty and he was woke and then he realized, wow, the government lied to me. The government manipulated me. How about that one? And not only me, tens of millions, even billions of Facebook users. Watch this.

So we took a different path than Twitter. Um, I mean, basically the background here is the FBI, I think, basically came to us, uh, some folks on our team and it was like, hey, um, just so you know, like you should be on high alert. There was, we thought that there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election. We have it on notice that basically there’s about to be some kind of dump of, um, that’s similar to that. So just be vigilant. Just be vigilant.
The FBI acting like, uh, friends of Biden Incorporated. It’s absolutely incredible, and that this is not a bigger matter. The FBI must be disbanded. It really, it’s horrific what they have done. Now, the most recent, and it gets technical and it may not be the most sensational thing to read, possibly on purpose, but it is damning. This individual Flores, the one who said she was running a shadow government. The question was, when the information was relayed to you following the Twitter call that the first agent had said the laptop was real, just to clarify, you knew prior to that conversation that the laptop was real. Is that correct?

But you don’t recall when approximately you learned?
I don’t. Sorry. What else here? Sitting here today, do you know when the FBI first determined that the laptop was real?
I don’t. I know that there is some public information in the public record regarding when the FBI acquired the laptop, but I don’t, sitting here, remember that date.
Uh, what else here? Do you know who else at the task force knew that the laptop was real?
I don’t actually. I would assume both my, yes, I would certainly say that Brad Benitez was aware.
Look, again, it gets a little bit technical and it goes on and on and on, but these people, I believe and I think the evidence suggests, were deceiving Congress and therefore deceiving the American people. They knew what they were dealing with. They wanted to shut down the election of President Trump because they don’t like him. They don’t like him. Now, we’ll see. These are allegations and they’ll be able to step forward and possibly say, hey, we have evidence that shows this is all nonsense. I’d like to see it. But finally, now you see, it’s like a very small story. And what is that quote again? Falsehood flies and the truth comes limping after it. Here we are, five or six years later, right? It’s just, and it looks like these two FBI guys, not only did they do damage in the 2020 election, but they were doing damage all through 2024. You remember when President Trump was on the debate stage, wanted to talk about the Hunter Biden laptop. He was shut down. They tried to shut him down. It was totally unfair, but the media, the deep state, they were all in on it. There are fifty former National Intelligence folks who said that what he’s accusing me of is a Russian plant. They have said that this has all the four, five former heads of the CIA, both parties, say what he’s saying is a bunch of garbage. Nobody believes it except his and his good friend Rudy Giuliani.
You mean the laptop is now another Russia, Russia, Russia hoax?
You got it. Exactly what. That’s exactly what this is where he’s going. The laptop is Russia, Russia, Russia. I want to stay on the issue of race. You hear the moderator. I want to talk about race. We don’t want to talk about the laptop. We want to talk about Black Lives Matter and race. And he had cover. He had cover from the deep state. What did the deep state owe the Bidens, by the way? What a bunch of degenerates. Hunter Biden with his sister-in-law Hailey. Right? This was normal. You know, they put out a statement. Joe Biden put out a statement that they were happy that Hunter and Hailey found each other in the wake of Beau’s death, right? That they found each other. Like such a big world and they found each other. They found each other at Thanksgiving, for crying out loud, across the table from each other. It’s gross, but it’s tolerated and not only tolerated, it’s kind of I don’t know. It’s very frustrating, actually. The truth is getting out. But it’s limping. It’s limping. When we needed the truth, they were running cover. And here, this is what it sounded like.
US authorities are seeing if those emails we just talked about are connected to an ongoing Russian disinformation effort. An ongoing Russian disinformation effort. Part of a Russian disinformation effort. Hunter Biden, this laptop, that intelligence officials have warned, is likely Russian disinformation.
All of those people are still on the scene right now, right? These are the same people who are hysterical about the Amy Acton ad, right? These are the same ones who are propping up Democrats who are praying, doing everything they can to help Democrats during the midterms. Um, it’s wild. And one other thing, Hunter Biden, I mean, should have been arrested right here for lying. You can tell he’s lying. I guess you don’t get arrested for just sitting there and lying, but he certainly did, didn’t he, on the CBS Morning Show. Couldn’t you have at least come clean then, Hunter? All right? Couldn’t you have come clean then? Nope, he couldn’t.
Was that your laptop? For real, I don’t know.
I know. But you know, this is, I really don’t know. And the answer is you don’t know yes or no if the laptop?
I don’t have any idea. I have no idea. Could have been yours. Of course, certainly. It, uh, there could be a laptop out there that was stolen from me. There could be that I was hacked. It could be that it was the Russian intelligence. It could be that it was stolen from me. And you didn’t drop off a laptop to be repaired in Delaware?
Not that I remember at all. At all.
So we’ll see. We’ll see. We knew, we knew all along. But, uh, imagine that having the Federal Bureau of Investigation in your back pocket. Well, no longer. US Attorney Jeanine Pirro made this announcement today and the FBI, though it’s still, I’m sorry, thoroughly corrupt. You know, we have some good guys at the top and we have some good agents somewhere in that building, but maybe there’s something in the water. It must be changed forever. How many elections are they going to mess with and get away with it?
