The minds behind the world’s first digitally native wire service

Richard Miniter

Richard Miniter is the founder and chief executive of Zenger News, the world’s first digitally native wire service owned and operated by working journalists. His reporting and commentary have appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Atlantic, Forbes, and dozens of other publications across five continents.

A veteran foreign correspondent and investigative journalist, Miniter has covered wars, revolutions, and presidential campaigns from more than sixty countries. He is the author of four books on national security, including two New York Times bestsellers.

Under his leadership, Zenger has pioneered a revenue-sharing model that pays reporters and partner outlets directly, building an open network where advertising income flows to the journalists who create the journalism.
