STRATFORD, CONNECTICUT — Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems has won a $126.9 million Air Force contract modification for HH-60W spare parts on June 24, 2026.

This contract definitizes an undefinitized contract action from previous modification (P00337) and will bring the total cumulative face value of the contract to $6.4 billion from $6.5 billion. Work will be performed at Stratford, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by March 18, 2030. Fiscal 2024 and 2025 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $17.4 million are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Helicopter Division, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.”
