Six firms compete for $99 million Army real estate contract

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will let six companies bid on land negotiation orders for properties across Texas, Arizona, California, Louisiana and New Mexico through 2031.

CORBIN, KENTUCKY — Six companies will compete for a $99 million U.S. Army contract for real estate negotiation services across five states, announced July 2, 2026.

The firm-fixed-price contract covers professional real estate negotiation services for properties in Texas, Arizona, California, Louisiana and New Mexico. Bids were solicited and six were received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of July 1, 2031.
