ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics LLC has won a maximum $90 million Defense Logistics Agency contract for facilities maintenance, repair and operations supplies, awarded July 2, 2026.
The Fairfield, New Jersey company received a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity award. The deal is a 396-day bridge contract with no option periods and an Aug. 2, 2027, ordering period end date. Work will be performed in Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas and Arkansas (see war.gov).
The award came through a sole-source acquisition. Officials used justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. Fiscal 2026 through 2027 defense working capital funds support the contract.
The Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard are the using customers. Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is the contracting activity under contract number SPE8E3-26-D-0011 (see war.gov).
