Analog Devices Federal LLC, Tampa, Florida, was awarded a $15.1 million firm-fixed-price contract for the new production and battery refresh of the KOV-21 cryptographic card module. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 28, 2027. Fiscal 2026 Army working capital funds in the amount of $15.1 million were obligated at the time of the award.
