Dominion Energy South Carolina Awarded $27.4 Million Army Power Contract Boost

The Cayce, South Carolina utility received a $27.4 million modification to a 50-year Army energy supply deal, its largest federal award ever, to fold in state-approved tariff rate changes running through 2069.
