Industries of the Blind Awarded $17.3 Million Defense Logistics Renewal

The Greensboro, North Carolina, nonprofit will keep running warehousing, storage, logistics and distribution for the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps through July 2027 under a Defense Logistics Agency contract.

GREENSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA — LEDE Industries of the Blind Inc., a Greensboro, North Carolina, nonprofit that employs blind and visually impaired workers, received an estimated $17.3 million contract modification to keep handling military warehousing and distribution, the Defense Department said July 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET.
