COATESVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA — Green Build USA LLC, a Coatesville, Pennsylvania, construction firm doing business as Federal Contracting Protocol, won a Navy contract worth up to $10.9 million to keep roofs intact at a Philadelphia military complex, as announced on war.gov.
