Leidos Inc.has won a $27.2 million contract modification to arm U.S. Special Operations Command with cruise missiles.

The Reston, Virginia, company received the fixed-price incentive (firm-target) award (H9240826CE001P0001) to procure All Up Rounds for the AGM-190A Small Cruise Missile program (see war.gov). Work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 26, 2029. USSOCOM at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity.

The procurement supports U.S. Special Operations Command’s strike capabilities through the AGM-190A missile system. The award funds the delivery of complete, ready-to-use rounds for the program (see war.gov).

Fiscal 2025 procurement funds of $548,665 and fiscal 2026 procurement funds of $23.7 million will be obligated at the time of award. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The total award amount is $24.2 million.

The total value of contracts awarded to Leidos Inc.in 2026 reached $54.6 million.

This award was announced among 10 Department of Defense contracts issued nationwide on July 8, 2026.
