“True Zero Technologies LLC,* Fairfax, Virginia, was awarded a $350 million ceiling, excluding unexercised options, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract as one of nine multiple award awardees for the Managed Enterprise Network Support Services (MANNUS) requirement (ceiling amount is for all nine companies, eight of which have already been awarded). The MANNUS contract will provide the agency’s technical and support offices with all ad-hoc IT services and product lifecycle support. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $5,000 are being obligated at time of award. This solicitation was competed as a small business set-aside, and 26 offers were received with eight additional awards made on May 19, 2026. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity (HR001126DE010).”
