GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS — Lockheed Martinwon a $35.8 million Army contract for advanced missile-defense software work on July 1, 2026.

Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2027. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-26-F-0001).”
The award covers the ninth year of software work tied to the Patriot Advanced Capability-3 missile-defense system, based at the company’s Grand Prairie, Texas, operations (see war.gov).
