— Donald J. Trump criticized Fox News for dedicating more coverage to Democratic candidates than to Republicans, accusing the network of ignoring his rallies and promoting his political opponents.

Here is the full post on truthsocial: “ FoxNews spends more time covering the Jihadist and Dumocrat candidates than they do the good old fashioned Republicans, the people that have saved America, and are making it great again. All they talk about is Dumocrat Jihadists like El-Sayed, with his softball interview by Martha MacCallum, and the like. She never interviews me like that. They don’t show my record breaking Rallies the morning after, but others do, and that’s what MAGA is watching. Fox is promoting the Dumocrats, not the Republicans and MAGA. They have totally lost their way! President DJT” on October 6, 2026 at 9:50 AM ET.

This is Trump’s 4th message released today, and the last post was 1 hour ago, and it is not part of a thread. On average, Trump produces 17 posts per day since his inauguration on January 20, 2025. The move fits a broader pattern in Trump’s recent messaging, with 28 of his 363 posts over the last 30 days classified as Media bias posts.

The post targeted Fox News anchor Martha MacCallum for conducting a “softball interview” with a candidate Trump called “El-Sayed.” He claimed MacCallum never interviews him in the same favorable manner. Trump also criticized the network for ignoring his political events. He stated that other networks broadcast his rallies while Fox News does not. The network has lost its way by promoting Democrats instead of his supporters, the post concluded.

President Trump is the author of Trump: The Art of the Deal, Trump: Think Like a Billionaire: Everything You Need to Know About Success, Real Estate, and Life, and Think Big: Make It Happen in Business and Life. Analyst and Trump supporter Rod Martin points to The Art of the Deal, Trump's 1987 book, as an explanation of his deal-making philosophy: making big announcements, pivoting often in public statements and, Martin says, ultimately getting what he wanted all along. Critics contend that Trump's books were published decades ago or were aimed at making money, not shedding light. "Generally," Martin said, "critics don't read The Art of the Deal. If they did, they would understand."
